Lead of Scaled Learning Programs (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead operations, design and delivery of new and existing DO School learning programs, especially scaled programs for 200 to multiple thousand learners. You will be responsible for concept and operations of the entire learning journeys including on-demand and in-person components and you will lead team members to ensure excellence in program design, facilitation and operations.
You will also collaborate and align with external stakeholders from our partners (clients) and provide strategic direction and content know-how, with a focus on leadership, innovation and sustainability.
You would own…
- Relationship and stakeholder management including with C-level stakeholders on a high quality level and act as link between The DO project team, the partner team, the wider organization and external experts.
- Establish thought leadership and build new partnerships with ambitious commercial and impact goals with potential clients, and grow existing partnerships through account ownership
- Scaling, managing, and delivering global (online) training programs for 200 to multiple thousand participants on topics connected to leadership, sustainability and innovation.
- Overseeing and leading on the internal tech stack including LMS, authoring tool and others, and strategically developing the DO content library and state of the art learning design.
- Handling ad-hoc partner requests and preparing materials for stakeholders.
- Leading the project team, including staff planning and coordination as well as overseeing project tracking and controlling with finance and operations teams.

This is what you can expect…
In the first month, you will complete your onboarding, learn the nuts & bolts of The DO Programs and get to know the team
After three months,you will have established good working relationships with your external partner (client) teams, start leading the internal teams on your programs, have taken over the leadership on program content, operations and management for your program(s) and started to design and facilitate trainings.
After six months, you will have established a smooth workflow, operations and communication between internal and external program stakeholders and fully own program and stakeholder management for your program(s).
After one year, you will be fully at ease in your role; and will have started to look at your impact beyond program tasks, e.g. in terms of internal knowledge building, program scaling excellence and strategic leadership.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be:
- Skilled in complex program management, leading multi-stakeholder teams with budget and timeline responsibilities, adaptable to changing circumstances.
- An experienced program designer with strong skills in scalable learning programs including operations, design and delivery at an excellent standard
- Interested in learning technologies and new trends ensuring our programs fully leverage existing and new tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at managing upwards, fostering productive atmospheres, and building relationships with empathy, openness, and flexibility.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive with an interest and/or experience in sales and account management.
- Diligent in workflow implementation, communication, documentation, and budget tracking.
- Strong facilitator, communicator and relationship builder, capable of mediating and building trust in fast-paced, international organizations

- Designed and delivered / facilitated high-quality trainings, workshops and programs (online and offline)
- Been responsible for leading projects within a corporate or large organization in fast-paced and international environments
- Managed a wide range of stakeholders, including at senior level
- Equipped with knowledge of innovation methodologies such as design thinking
- Purpose-driven with a passion for working and developing people
- Empathetic, open-minded and flexible
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
