PROGRAM DESIGNER “CO-CREATIVE INNOVATION” (m/w/d)

Leadership Development Manager (m/w/d)
In this role, you would co-design and deliver the leadership training aspects of a holistic, hybrid fellowship program for up to 1,000 youth each year around the world with a passion to protect their natural ecosystems.
You would lead the 12-month “Personal Sustainability Lab” alongside the leads of the Venture Sustainability and Environmental Sustainability Labs, together ensuring a holistic approach to climate action.
Venture Coach (m/w/d)
In this role, you would coach young entrepreneurs from around the world to develop and launch projects that regenerate their natural ecosystems. You would work closely with the Venture Development Lead to plan and execute a coaching roadmap, and you would directly coach dozens of fellows to bring their ideas to life over the course of a 12-month, hybrid intensive. Your work would be part of a holistic, hybrid program for fellows to develop their leadership, entrepreneurial skills, and environmental stewardship.
Product Owner : Climate and 21st century skills Employee Training System
The virtual training program you will take on as Product Owner is already designed and piloted with great success. We are now at the exciting stage of rolling the program out and look for an entrepreneurially-minded person with experience in selling and scaling online learning offers.
