Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d)
- Based in Berlin (hybrid work model), full-time

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support various aspects of our operations, contributing to the smooth running of our systems and processes. - Assisting with the maintenance and updates of our CRM and Learning Management Software.
- Managing and support a large cohort of learners, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Reporting on internal operations and program-specific operations, providing insights and recommendations.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making processes.
- Performing general workforce management tasks, including scheduling and forecasting.
- Supporting facilitators with online live sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborating with the operations manager to address various issues, from learner requests to technical implementations.
- Help setting up complex administrative and technological processes.
- Coordinating and scheduling a large number of training sessions across multiple time zones.

This is what you can expect…
In the first month, you will complete your onboarding, learn the essential factors of The DO programs and meet the team.
After three months, you will have a solid understanding of tech and tools used at The DO and will be supporting the delivery of a large scale program and assisting in improving internal operational structures.
After six months, you will bring your own ideas for improvements and work on a project to realise one of these ideas.
After one year, you will be looking to bring impact beyond your current tasks.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be:
- Proficient in using Workforce Management (WFM) and time-tracking software.
- Experienced with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Adaptable with an ability to forecast operational needs.
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
- An expert in data visualization tools.
- Advanced in your Excel/Gsheet skills.
- Proficient in capacity planning and resource management.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English language skills

- Experience with SQL, relational databases & Business Intelligence (BI) software
- Excellent collaborative skills and stakeholder management.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational role.
