Working Student or Intern - Operations (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern or Working Student to join our Operations team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic operational environment. If you are currently a student and eager to contribute while learning, we encourage you to apply.
You would provide support with the following tasks:
- Manage a large cohort of learners, ensuring their needs are effectively supported.
- Assist facilitators with online live sessions, including organizing breakout rooms, screen sharing, and tracking engagement.
- Support the operations manager in implementing solutions for various issues, ranging from learner requests to technical implementations.
- Help maintain the schedule of training sessions, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
You will work closely with the Operations team and support the entire project team within this project.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be:
- Looking for a full time internship or you are a current student, pursuing a Master degree in a related field or a current student pursuing the last year of undergraduate degree (you must be enrolled to be considered)
- No prior experience is required, but a passion and drive for operations management, project support and workshops in a fast-paced organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Openness to learning new tools and processes.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
… And will likely have:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite, with advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday, and communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Experience using CRM tools.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Previous work experience in an operations or administrative/support role is desired but not essential.
