Welcome to The DO.

It's never the technology. It's always the human in the middle. We built The DO to change that. For 13 years we've empowered people inside the world's leading organisations as well as talented entrepreneurs. So investments lead to positive outcomes.

"The world isn't facing a crisis of understanding—it's facing a crisis of putting ideas and solutions into action."

Katherin Kirschenmann & Florian Hoffmann, Founders of The DO

A decade of doing change differently.

Corporate change has never been more urgent or more complex. We develop leaders who can navigate uncertainty. We build workforce capability at scale. We connect organisations to a global network of experts, practitioners, and change-makers.

Today, we help teams close the gap between AI investment and the human performance that makes it deliver. The future of work is human. We're building it from both ends.

The DO is a global social business, built on the belief that business for good is good business. Solving the challenges of our time, from the AI workforce transition to climate, through the development of people who lead with purpose.

The DO operates in two key spaces

1. Transformation and Leadership Development Services

The DO helps enterprises close the gap between AI investment and real business results by building the leadership capability and workforce readiness needed to move from pilot to performance at speed.

Leadership Development: Equipping leaders to drive alignment, make bold decisions, and bring their people with them through AI-driven change

Change & Transformation: Accelerating adoption and execution so AI initiatives stop stalling and start delivering measurable impact

2. IncuVersity, A Global Entrepreneurship School

One billion young people will enter the global labour market by 2030, even as AI eliminates half of all traditional entry-level roles. IncuVersity exists to turn that threat into opportunity, empowering Fellows aged 18–30 to build their own ventures and create the work that doesn't exist yet, using AI as their engine.

Global Online Learning: Access to global mentors, tools, and peer founders
Vibrant Local Networks: collaboration with partners, investors, and industry
Venture Acceleration & AI Expertise powered by Anthropic: hands-on guidance that takes participants from early-stage idea to scalable, sustainable venture
