Working Student Marketing & Partnerships (m/w/d)
Based in Berlin (on-site), part time
Starting immediately
Position type: Part time working student contract, ideally 12 months
About The Role
As the working student in the marketing, community building & partnership managing team you will support in these areas and work directly with the founder and marketing team.
You will provide support on the following tasks:
- Helping to build and maintain our community by screening public platforms for future projects at The DO
- Request for Proposals, supporting the sales activities
- Assist organizing exclusive monthly events and our annual three day conference, e.g. by finding locations, inviting top speakers and arranging catering options
- Help creating creative briefs for marketing materials to support the events
- Support creating a database of potential partners, top speakers, top partners to reach out to
- Optimizing our CRM platform (Hubspot)
Strategic projects and tasks may vary according to the needs of the team and organization.
You will work closely with the marketing team, especially with the Digital Marketing Manager and the B2B CRM Specialist but also our CEO and the CEO’s assistant.

About You
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be:
- A current student, pursuing a Master degree in a related field, e.g. business or marketing, (you must be enrolled to be considered)
- No prior experience is required, but a passion and drive for project support and workshops support in a fast-paced organization
- Ideally theoretical experience with project management software and tools and hubspot
- Good knowledge of G-Suite, Mac, Word and Excel
- Either English or German at C2 level, office language is English
- Excited about marketing, event planning, organization
- A good eye for detail and highly organized
- Self-organization skills and a passion for screening platforms and reaching out to potential new partners
- A desire to develop and harness your skills in a global, fast-paced organisation
- A desire to connect with people from all kinds of cultural and professional backgrounds
- Lots of curiosity, enthusiasm and team spirit
