Next Gen Z Program

A future co-created by youth and experience

The value of unlocking youth’s potential

Even the most dynamic corporations are missing out on meaningful connections with the next generation. Organizations often overlook the potential of actually collaborating with your target audience, harnessing youth insights for your talent recruitment and people development, and the effect such connections have on company culture.

How it works

The high-impact Next Gen Program brings together young talent and a partnering organization – either remotely or in-person – to learn from each other, inspire one another and build a brighter future together.

Curated learning experiences in an intimate group setting of 20 young people invite participants to confront challenges and present solutions, all while engaging in an invaluable two-way exchange of knowledge and ideas with experienced professionals.
