How we approach mindsets
For our second building block, Shifting Mindsets, we’ve chosen to focus on a tool that helps you first identify the different mindsets within your organization before you go about shifting them. By really understanding your team’s mindsets, you will gain an overview of your current mindset landscape and will easily identify the relevant gaps or opportunities.
