Community Lead for Senior Leaders & Partnerships Manager (m/w/d)
Berlin (hybrid work model), full-time

About the role
In this role you will engage in community building and creating new partnerships with leaders that are driving change in large organizations. Moreover, you will lead the organization of events and build a monthly reporting system for our stakeholders.
You would own:
Implementing new B2B sales strategies and optimizing CRM
Community building, engagement and nurturing by offering an unique community experience
Creating partnerships with companies, organizations, and startups which share the same values as The DO
Organizing exclusive monthly events for The DO’s top partners from A to Z by finding unique locations, inviting top speakers and arranging catering options
Coordinating The DO’s annual three days conference in September: from the development of the event to the execution of the conference
Scouting potential conferences within Europe for The DO to be present
Creating creative briefs for marketing materials to support the events
Reporting and assessing the success of the events with clear KPIs and OKRs
Own The DO’s data system Hubspot and create an engaged community of clients, prospective clients and leaders in our field

A clear events and marketing sales strategy which will can scale beyond Berlin and Germany
A database of potential partners, top speakers, top partners to reach out to
A monthly reporting system for all stakeholders involved
You will work closely with…
The marketing team, especially with the Digital Marketing Manager and the B2B CRM Specialist but also our CEO and the CEO’s assistant.
About You
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be:
An experienced networker, outgoing and sociable and are comfortable and enjoy speaking and interacting with people from various backgrounds
Have experience as client manager or key account manager in a B2B context
Highly-organized and are an avid user of project management tools
A team player with entrepreneurial drive who is excited to bring their talents to transforming businesses and our economy
Hands-on, detail-oriented and tech-savvy, using software, online tools, platforms, web development, and analytics tools with a peace of mind
Bilingual – fluency in German and English is required

Able to work under pressure and are autonomous with your tasks and solution-oriented
Organized large and smaller events and understand where key focus points lies on each of these
Have an understanding of sales principles and how a great events strategy is essential to it
A solid partnership building experience and a strong business sense

This is what you can expect…
In the first month, you will complete your onboarding and organize an events strategy for the quarter ahead.
After three months, you will run your first events and determine further strategies that are in-line with The DO’s goals and business models.
After six months, you will be taking over the organization of events step by step and have implemented a reporting system for our stakeholders.
After one year, you will own the entire Events and Marketing Sales strategy and potentially grow your department.
